ReplyI promise you as a person who have lost a few friends this way, it doesn't just stop the pain for you its transferred to the people who care for the rest of their life. I miss them daily I cry randomly something happens, a song comes on or I just need to hear there voice. Sometimes even years later I reach for the phone excited about something I want to tell them, then it hits me like a truck and I cry again. Please call your mental health professional, it may takes time to find the right treatment but you will find it. You are ment to be here. People care
